研究怎麼做How the research works研究の進めかた
Method做真實世界資料的藥物流行病學。核心是 target trial emulation：把一個臨床上真正想問、但短期內不會有隨機試驗回答的比較，先寫成一份試驗計畫書，再用資料照著跑一次。用過的資料來源包括跨國電子病歷聯邦式網絡、健保申報資料與公開世代資料——問題夠清楚的話，資料來源可以再談。 Real-world data pharmacoepidemiology, built around target trial emulation: write the protocol for the trial clinicians need but will not get, then run it on data. I work across multinational federated EHR networks, national claims data, and public cohorts — if the question is sharp enough, the data source is negotiable. リアルワールドデータを用いた薬剤疫学研究。中心にあるのは target trial emulation です。臨床で本当に知りたいのに当面ランダム化試験では答えの出ない比較を、まず試験実施計画書として書き起こし、データでそのまま実行します。多国籍の電子カルテ連合型ネットワーク、保険請求データ、公開コホートなどを扱っており、問いが明確であればデータソースは相談可能です。
